Enter a local singing competition. Be reasonable about how you expect to perform; if you’ve been singing for less than 3 months and have no formal training, it’ll be difficult — but that’s what you want, right?

yep, its a good program, I was also skeptical at first cos I tried many online training programs and spent so much money and gave up all eventually, nothing really worked for me, I am also an introvert so you can imagine :). one day a friend of mine who is also a singer suggested this program, since I know how well he sing I thought, now what let me give it a try, so Yes, I bought the program, and I am glad I did, it not only improved my singing voice, it actually improved my confidence in singing 🙂 so go for it..
The first lesson during week one will be warm-up exercises. It will teach you the proper way of warming up your voice before singing. You have to be patient as you go through the exercises. Skipping through the first few different lessons will not be a great idea.
It happened to me when I first got to this point. It is normal to have some difficulty during the first five weeks so no need to worry. Just stick with it and you will be surprised with the major improvements in your voice.

Now that you know your ears and brain are fundamentally capable of telling whether a note is in tune or not, it’s time to address the most likely cause of your difficulty singing in tune: an inability to match pitch with your voice.
Begin with the solfege symbol “do” while singing the pitch. Hold out this note to the extent of your comfort. Then, sing and signal the note “re” while holding it out. Then, go back down and sing the note “do.” The object is to move on and sing from “do” to “mi,” then “do” to “fa,” then “do” to “so,” then “do” to “la” then “do” to “ti,” then “do” to “do,” or as far as desired.
Begin by aiming for just a 3 song repertoire. Pick three songs you like and which are in your comfortable range. It helps to memorise the song lyrics so that you have one less thing to think about as you sing.
If you want to learn how to sing better, a good first place to start is with your posture and breathing. While there are a bunch of different aspects to a breath management system, the cool thing is that if you get the posture thing, which honestly isn’t that tough, then the rest will begin to fall into place. So, I’ll say some about both but……

The first module serves as an introduction to the whole course. It takes you through the different lessons and exercises that you have to do so it is essential that you watch the video. Furthermore, it serves as a guide in setting up a timetable and practice schedule.
Am trying to figure out my type of singing voice I have. I can sing and inmate other singers voices and even when they singing in auto tune I can do that or make my voice sound like auto tune without the auto tune. Does anyone know about this please tell me I would like to know more about this type of singing voice I have.

Mezzo Soprano – A mezzo soprano, also referred to as an “alto” in the choir world, is a woman with a lower voice. The mezzo soprano range is G3-A5. Some examples of famous mezzo soprano singers are Adele and Ella Fitzgerald.
This happens because your voice actually sounds different to you than other people. This is due to the physics of sound being carried inside your body as well as outside through the air when you hear it. When you hear a recording you are actually hearing what other people hear when you sing.

Also, Aimee is a teacher during and after the lesson. One of the things I appreciate most about here is that after every lesson she takes the time to prepare a sheet for me to practice, and whenever I pick a song I want to learn for the following week, she does research and preparation on it, so by the time the lesson comes, she has always great pointers and suggestions for me.
